Pharmacy ID – Police Checks

PharmacyID has partnered with a network of community pharmacies across Australia to provide identity verification services at a customer level.

 

Visit: https://pharmacyid.com.au/ and select “Online Police Check”.

​

  • Fill in the application online.

 

  • Enter the details of your identity documents, i.e. the document numbers.

 

  • You will be prompted to enter a postcode to find your nearest pharmacy on our network.

 

  • When a Pharmacy has been selected from our interactive map a barcode slip will be emailed to you. This is required as the pharmacist will need to scan the barcode to verify your original ID's that have been selected within your application.

 

  • Take the barcode slip to a participating pharmacy where the pharmacist will check your original documents against the document numbers you have entered.  YOU NEVER HAVE TO GIVE AWAY A COPY OF YOUR DOCUMENTS.

 

  • The pharmacist will certify, online, that they have sighed your documents and submit the check on your behalf.  It is on the way to be checked before you even leave the pharmacy.

 

  • You will receive an email once your check has returned, often within the hour.

For Individuals.

For Organisations.

  • Organisations can take advantage of the powerful PharmacyID online police check database, without the administrative duties associated with submitting employee police checks.

  • Functions such as renewal reminders, check verification tool, etc

  • Powerful sorting facilities including Alphabetical and User Groups

  • All data downloadable as CSV or XML files

  • Ability to integrate with HR systems

  • Either you or your employee pays for the check (your choice) and you view the result on PharmacyID’s database.

  • No membership fees
